From introductory emails and offers to negotiations, contracts, advancing, and tour routing, this Mix & Master session will explore the relationships and behind-the-scenes processes that bring artists to the stage. Attendees will also get a walkthrough of real-world examples, including offer sheets, deal structures, and artist outreach materials.
