LowDown is a state-of-the-art listening room and we request that our audience keep their speaking voices low out of respect to the artists and fellow patrons.

While do allow photography and video, flash photography and audio recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Out of respect to our artists and the audience, please silence your electronic devices.

Where do I buy tickets?

LowDown does not have a formal box office. Tickets may be purchased online through Turntable ticketing. Click here to for show tickets. We have 6 seats without table available for walk-ins on a first come first serve basis.

Do you offer discount tickets?

Sorry, we do not offer any discounted tickets.

What food and drinks do you serve?

Is there an age restriction?

LowDown shows are ages 21+ unless otherwise stated. Select shows, such as our Free Energy: All Ages Jam Sessions, are open to all ages. See individual show listing for age restrictions.

Is there reserved seating?

LowDown is a reserved seating venue. Guests can choose their seats online through our ticketing platform when purchasing their tickets.

Tickets are limited at the door. LowDown encourages guests to purchase tickets in advance to ensure they get their preferred seats.

At this time, our capacity is 100 people.  We offer banquette, cabaret-style, and bar seating. There is no standing room.

What time do doors open?

Doors to the club usually open 60 minutes before showtime. Check our show calendar for showtimes.

If we can’t attend the concert, can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

LowDown has a no refund-no exchange policy, only with the exception of a show cancellation or date re-scheduling.

Is there a dress code or drink minimum?

LowDown does not have a dress code and there is no drink minimum.

Where can I park?

Street parking is available on Archer and Detroit avenues and in the Tulsa Arts District. Parking is prohibited in the alley behind LowDown.

What is the COVID-19 policy?

The safety of our guests, artists, and staff is our top priority and we will continue to closely follow the recommendations from the CDC and the Tulsa Health Department.

ACCESSIBILITY

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, there is a wheelchair ramp located in the alley behind LowDown.

Enter through Duet restaurant, then access the elevator in the foyer. Take the elevator to the basement to access LowDown. If you require special accommodations, please call the office at 918-271-5727 24 hours prior to the show. On sold-out show nights, we can guarantee only one companion seat. There is handicapped parking available on Detroit Avenue next to Magic City Books.

Do you have audio assistance for the hearing impaired?

Yes, we are happy to provide our state-of-the-art listening technologies system for assisted listening upon request.

Restrooms

The restrooms are located on the Duet restaurant level. Reentry to LowDown is permitted with proof of stamp that audience members receive upon entry.
